Method and limits of the data
Where does the data come from?
Public rental listings on Nepremicnine.net and Bolha.com. Bolha is captured automatically every morning, Nepremicnine.net by hand, so each city and portal has its own capture time. These are advertised prices, not signed leases, and running costs, deposits and agency fees are not included.
The data is available under CC BY 4.0: you may use it if you credit najemnine.si.
How are the prices calculated?
The typical rent is the median: half of the listings cost the same or less. Listings with an unusual price (outside Q1 − 1.5 × IQR to Q3 + 1.5 × IQR) are left out. Rent per m² is the monthly rent divided by the advertised floor area.
